January Update Preview

These are the updates coming in late January:

1. Scene cards will gain Type Level (T-Level). You gain T-Level when you fuse non-skill cards (at least 3* (bronze) or higher) of the same type together, e.g. Sniper cards into Sniper card:

The max T-Level a card can have is level 8, and requires the card to be a rainbow (6*). Update: now that 7* cards are here, a max T-Level of a 7* card is 10. As you can see, it works almost exactly the same as Faction Cards, but for Types.

Hmm, wonder if you can use evolved cards, or if they need to be a base 3*.

  2. Idaf says:

This is great but I hope we get more quality of life updates soon as I tend to enjoy those more.

One I would really like is making cards tied to teams instead of characters. So like right now you equip cards to characters, but if you want to equip them on someone else, you’d have to remove them first from the other character (so they’re tied to character).
I would like them to make it so that it’s only based off teams. So for example, if I put a team of Ace and Whitebeard, and another team of Doffy and Luffy, I can put the same cards on Ace and Doffy because they’re on different team loadouts. But I can’t put the same cards on Ace and Whitebeard since they’re in the same loadout. This means that if I put Ace in two different loadouts, I can put a different set of cards on him too on each loadout

Currently being able to make 3 different teams is pretty useless since I can only make two really good characters at a time

I completely agree with this! It’d make it much easier to switch teams for dealing with opponents with different weaknesses, or even just between best cards and cards we want to train exp on on the same character.

What is the answer on this; Do evolved 3star cards work or is it just base 3 stars that work?

I finally quit global to play on the Japanese servers, so curious to know if the base 1 and 2 cards are still totally worthless.

    Thanks!

  4. ixan7 says:

T level max is 8, but why it is said 80 max in the list

    • Shu says:

7* goes to T-level 10 check the 7* update post

      • ixan7 says:

i mean in this post, i see t level 80 bonus stats 1.54, what it does mean? also which one is better, to have one card tlevel6 or 1 tlvl5 and 1 tlvl2

        • Shu says:

This post says T levels behave the same as F levels. If you clicked the linked “Faction Cards” above, you will find:

The stat bonus depends on the combined Faction Level (F-Level) of the Faction Cards equipped. If you have two Heart Cards, each F-Level 5, on a Heart Character (Luffy), you get the F-Level 10 stat bonus

  5. dkun says:

Let’s say I have 3* card upgraded to 4* does upgrade have any effect on Tlv numbers wise?

    • Belix says:

If you mean the maximum type level reachable on the same card, then yes, it’ll be higher when it’s upgraded to 4*. If you mean type level exp given when fusing it into another card, then no, type level exp is based on the original card rarity base.
